In first bowl:
• Pinch salt
• allspice
• cinnamon
• 2 lemons' juice
• 1 onion, finely chopped; mix
• Olive oil, until mixture is moist.
• 1 bunch parsley, cut
• 4-5 tomatoes, diced;

  In 2nd bowl:

• 2 bunches parsely, cut
• 10-15 mint leaves (chopped). (If dry, 1 Tbsp.)
• 1-2 cups bulgar wheat, presoaked in hot water for 1 hr.

This salad is Eaten with romain lettuce : a leaf of lettuce is filled with this salad and eaten.
