TABOULEH (The national lebanese salad)
In first bowl:
- Pinch salt
- 2 lemons' juice
- 1 onion, finely chopped; mix
- Olive oil, until mixture is moist.
- 1 bunch parsley, cut
- 4-5 tomatoes, diced;
In 2nd bowl:
- 2 bunches parsely, cut
- 10-15 mint leaves (chopped). (If dry, 1 Tbsp.)
- 1-2 cups bulgar wheat, presoaked in hot water for 1 hr.
This salad is Eaten with romain lettuce : a leaf of lettuce
is filled with this salad and eaten.
