Mussels
2 kg for 4 persons
Sauce :
- 1 green or red pepper, diced
- 5 - 10 shallots chopped
- 1 cm ginger fresh, diced
- 1 chilly (dried)
- 1 bay leaf; fry in butter; add
- 2 - 5 tomatoes, diced
- 1/2-3/4 l white wine
- 1/4-1/2 l water; keep boiling.
- 1 Tbsp thyme
- 1 Tbsp oregano
- 1/2 Tbsp rosemary
- 1 Tbsp flour, dissolved in some water. Keep boiling and add
- 2 kg Mussels let boil until all mussels open, add
- 4 Tbsp parsley chopped
- 10 garlics, homogenized.
- Mix, serve w/o boiling.
