Hommus (Chickpea spread)
- 1 can chickpeas drained (save 1/4-1/2 cup of juice)
- 1 Juice of 1 lemon
- 2.5 Tbsp tahineh (sessame paste)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 garlic glove, crushed.
- Mix together, homogenize to smooth paste.
- Garnish with cayenne pepper, parsley optional black olives.
Is good to barbecued meats (e.g. chicken and beef) or on Pita bread (with olives+oil).
